(New Brunswick, NJ – October 2025) – The New Jersey Italian Heritage Commission will host its Annual Congress on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Rutgers College Avenue Student Center in New Brunswick, NJ. The event, themed “Honoring Italian Contributions and Preserving Italian Culture,” will bring together educators, community leaders, and the public to highlight the rich heritage and ongoing contributions of the Italian American community.

The program will feature presentations on key educational initiatives and cultural programs designed to promote Italian history and heritage throughout New Jersey schools. Attendees will also learn about the Commission’s latest projects to preserve and celebrate Italian culture for future generations.

Registration and breakfast begin at 8:45 a.m., with the program running from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event is open to the public, and educators are encouraged to attend to explore free classroom resources.
